Majority of us are likely to spend most of the workday on the computer. Start your day technology free! Although tempting, try to avoid checking your email or scrolling through your social media feeds; it can be a major distraction from what you actually want and need to accomplish that day.
5. Listen To Music
Listening to your favorite songs is one of the easiest ways to pump your morning up. Create a CD or playlist that is upbeat and motivating to feel good and get moving!
